The public workshop regarding the proposed Dutra plant took place at the Petaluma Veterans Memorial Building this morning. The parking lot was full with parking spreading out into the side streets. The hearing room was packed with SRO inside & outside the room. My best guestimate is that the attendance was 486 to 520. However, I noted that people were still arriving after the meeting started.
