An estimated 500 plus people showed up to protest or support the proposed Dutra asphalt plant opposite Shollenberger Plant. Photos taken inside and outside the hearing room. 8:00 pm--the Board of Supervisors approved the Dutra Plant at the proposed site on a 4 to 1 straw vote.
