The 2009 Butter & Egg Days Photo Contest is a skill based competition in which participants will compete to be selected as the photographer of one or more of the top three photo galleries as selected by Public Vote.

The photographer(s) with the winning entries will each be awarded US$50 cash for each of his/her winning entry. Must be 18 or older to enter.
One winner per household. Employees of the Press Democrat and Petaluma Argus-Courier are not eligible. Complete rules

How to enter

• All contestants must register on Petaluma360.com forums in order to enter the contest. To register, click the forums login/join link and follow instructions.
• Once you have registered, click the "New" tab and select "Photo Album." Follow upload instructions
• Make sure to select "Butter and Eggs" when selecting the category to post photos
• Contest submission phase begins April 25th.
• Photo submission ends on May 8th, 2009.
• Photo voting begins May 8th, 2009.
• Voting ends May 22nd, 2009
• Winners announced on our about May 25th, 2009 on Petaluma360.com.
• Users can assign a rating to each gallery by clicking on the appropriate link and selecting "Rate It"
• 3 prizes of $50 each to be awarded
