"Why should the good citizens of Petaluma volunteer their time and effort cleaning up after gang graffiti."
Because some of us have pride in how our homes and city look. If all of you that are complaining so bitterly about how I pointed out the trashy Tools sign would show pictures of your homes, that would say a lot I think! And what kind of parent would stoop so low as to bring their children up in a chat room discussion to make a point? Stand up for yourself without hiding behind your kids. And king... I am now beginning to see why you are consistently so off in your comments. Could it be a lack of sleep? I see that you post at 2 AM, 12:30, 1 AM, etc. It has been medically proven that sleep disorders can greatly affect mental abilities. |

Every night, before I go to sleep, I think about how the giant sign reading "TOOLS" has ruined my day. I then proceed to cry salty, bitter, tears for around fifteen minutes. Once I have cleaned myself up, my dry, red, puffy eyes are still burning. I then will myself to sleep, only to be woken from my slumber because of terrible nightmares about giant signs in the city of Petaluma. I then force myself to lie back down, and wait for the vicious cycle of the TOOLS sign to repeat itself. I no longer have any self confidence or energy during the day, and sometimes I don't even make it out of bed because I feel wotorthless. Please anyone, if you have a heart, listen to the greatest thinker of our generation, boop, in her rants about signs in Petaluma. Please then proceed to find all of her other well though out, articulate posts, and ingest them also. Only then can I finally get over this emotional roller coaster of the TOOLS sign. |

We are in talks with Regency to get the TOOLS franchise relocated to the Target center. It has such a down home look to it and we feel that in order to attract the local redneck base to Target (it will take some wooing to get them away from KMart and the flea market) we must move to the future and secure them a spot right next to Target. Also, since that sign says "Petaluma" to the vast numbers of people on this chat board we are looking at a historic designation and protection bond that all eight of you can vote on.
We have also hired forensic paint layer specialists to restore the original 15 foot tall illegal TOOLS signage and then transfer it to a new substrate which will be just beneath the Target signage on the center's marquee at the entrance, as well as a historic copy of said sign on their new storefront. We are also looking at a TOOLS franchise to go into the Theatre District. Can't get enough of a good thing. |
