The Long's on McDowell is finally re-doing the store. The "clearance" aisle is FULL of items at extremely low prices. Yesterday I bought two nice throw rugs for $3.00 each.

Teachers! There are reams of paper very cheap, and notebooks are 25 cents.

Plus, at checkout (if you have a CVS card) they print out some very good coupons.

I miss Longs. I didn't like CVS when I lived back East and I don't like them now. Too bad CVS didn't keep the Longs brand when they bought them out.
