We, as a city, need fresh blood. Leaders that will lead and work on the future, so Petaluma can be strong (financially) and not in deep trouble. Glass needs to go. He's just more of the same old thing. Maybe the best thing is that Pam gets elected so she's out of the city's way.

concerned4pet...& Rosie – If it’s a promise that you’ll move, I will wholeheartedly support Torliatt for supervisor and Glass for mayor.
SaveOurCity – To the best of my knowledge, Glass works for a local financial planning firm and has done so for many years. Who among us doesn’t have a list of former jobs?
5thgen – Glass worked his tail off on the baseball deal at the fairgrounds. Two members of the Fair Board themselves derailed the project by making unreasonable demands. Rumors (I repeat, RUMORS) ran rampant that there was a land swap deal in the works between the Fair Board and Regency. Anyway, the ballpark backers went to Portland Oregon instead. That team brings millions into their local economy annually. Our (big) loss.
And you pointed it yourself that Regency was supposed to put housing in their project. The housing portion was removed so Regency could build more stores there. Regency is still in the planning stages so there hasn’t been anything to approve.
(he who shall not be named) – The councilmembers who are controlled by the developers ware the ones with campaign contributions from them and push their projects regardless of repercussions and faults. These donations are all in the public record and are reported in the newspapers during election time. On the current council, they are Councilmembers Harris, Rabbit and Healy. Healy is practically a spokesman for basin street these days. In the recent past, it was Clark Thompson, Karen Nau, Samantha Freitas and Mike O’Brien.
Tahoe – Ya wanna know something? I protect and support my friends and colleagues. I respect those that publicly do likewise, whether i share their opinions or not. What does it say about you that you trash Glass for protecting Torliatt? Don’t you have friends?
As for me, I have disagreed with David Glass on occasion. Yes he has ruffled my feathers and made me mad. But on the whole, he did a great job as mayor and I would love to see him back there. His knowledge of the financial world is invaluable to the City and the City Council. If David Glass’ sometimes brash portrayal of the truth bothers any of you, well that’s your issue. lerrabanihsifgnitoohsekil
The city told Regency to remove the housing, they weren't removed to add more stores. Don't know if anything else you say is the truth if you tried to spin that one.

that is d2's motive....just throw out comments, present them as fact to justify his point of view. truth and honesty do not matter in d2's world, at least when it suites him it doesn't matter.
sad.

Hey D2, I have plenty of friends and yes I do protect them when needed, but I do not make a fool out of myself when doing so. Glass needs to settle down and let Pam defend herself. He acts as if she can't do this on her own. Maybe Pam likes this but she needs to speak for herself and not allow him to interrupt so he can look like the big man protecting the little woman.
