I plan to stimulate the economy, enjoy the great outdoors and exercise my god given and constitutionally protected rights by picking up a new .22 target rifle and getting back into competetion.

let me see if I can figure this out. The government says we got all these working people's money and we've got to figure out a legal way to get it into the hands of corporate America, Walmart, Target, Costco, Best Buy 'cause business ain't so good. So we'll send all those working folks $600 and tell them to run out and buy something from Walmart, Target, Costco, Best Buy. Got it.
