My dermatologist recommends year-round sunscreen, wearing hats or visors, staying out of the sun for prolonged periods, and never never never going to tanning salons! They are just not safe for your skin.

To all parents of little ones: Please make sure to re-apply sunscreen to your babies and kids. Especially if you are sitting in the sun at a parade!
