Couple weeks ago the PD got a story from a Texas columnist titled "Pain Pills May Not Be The Answer To All Headaches." Which implies that the vast majority of headaches have pain pills as the answer! Pain is not the problem. If you have an arrow in your shoulder, the pain is not the problem. The pain pill will not remove the arrow. And is there nobody in Sonoma County they could ask to write about headaches? If you want advice on the 49ers, would you ask Dallas?
