The New Yorker has fantastic pizza as well, if you like a thinner crust than Old Chicago's. It's not cheap, though. But probably the best in town, in my opinion.
Pinky's is pretty standard pizzeria pizza, good but nothing fancy... not that there's anything wrong with that.
I just tried Romeo's on East Washington not too long ago, too, and they have some pretty inventive items on their menu.
Fregene's on the Blvd. is pretty good, too, if you like thin-crust pizza. But it's better if you order a whole pizza rather than by the slice, unless they have one just coming out of the oven. Sometimes those slices sitting under the heat lamps can get dried out.
Old Chicago (East Side) should expand next door (into Togo's) so that we have a sit-down pizza place in the shopping center. And maybe serve breakfast too, LOL.
I like Romeo's on East Washington. Pizza good with some inventive combinations. Salad was very fresh and crisp. The past couple of times I've been there the place has been more crowded each time.
The folks running it are good people and take good care of the customer in my experience.

Grimaldi's in Brooklyn is best, but too far for a Friday night. Mary's still good old standard for BBQ chicken pizza. Red Boy makes a mean onion pizza. Papa Murphy still excellent take&bake.
Had a great dinner at California Pizza Kitchen down in San Luis Obispo last week. The Mexican Pizza (vegetarian) was fantastic! Flavorful and a really good crust. Big beautiful salads too. Nice festive atmosphere, soft lighting, great service. Would love to see a CPK here in Sonoma County!
I have to agree about Pinky's being the best pizza in town. And it's not just about the pizza (which is really good). It's about the environment. It is a REAL pizza parlor, with the arcade in the back, long benches to sit at, kid soccer and baseball teams pouring in through the front door, your order number being broadcast throughout the place. It is a great place to hook up with friends, have a birthday party and relax with a slice and a cold pint of suds.
Pizzacato!!!! Their pizza is sooo good! And you can order by the slice for lunch...and you get a nice big slice:0) They also make good salads, w hich you get a lot of when you order. I loved the pepperoni pizza, but their others looked yummy too. Fregene on the Boulevard also makes good pizza.

Bricks' pizza is really tasty (and reasonably priced), but I don't like the way they cut their pizza - crosswise, like a checkerboard. A minor detail, I know, but I guess it's a pet peeve of mine.
Have you tried Fregene's Pizza yet? Words really cannot describe how Fregene’s award winning pizza surpasses other delivery pizza chains… once you taste it you’ll know. Their creative combinations of gourmet toppings have something for every pizza lover and, I can personally attest to its appeal with children. My three-year-old son and I order pizza at least twice a month and he loves it (and more importantly, will eat it several days later and still say "it's yummy"!)
What set's Fregene's apart from the competition is it's thin and crispy crust created by its founding chef, Glenn Cybulski. It's fantastic pizza and I was hooked the first time I tasted it. And they are located in the Heart of Downtown Petaluma at 160 E. Washington, so you can have a pizza while your shopping downtown. A big plus
