Does anyone know if the BBQ company that was at the wednesday night farmers market has a restaurant? I LOVED the ribs, but can't find them!

I happen to know them! They are brothers from here in town. I hear they are looking into either having a mobile concession or possibly a small restaurant sometime very soon. I'm glad to hear you liked their food so much, they had lot's of people asking where their restaurant was. Did anyone else have their food, i'm sure they would love to see this! I'll tell them about it!

That is good news indeed! I will keep my eyes peeled and nose open for that yummy BBQ smell. Please pass on any info that you might get from them. I'm tellin ya, their ribs are THE BEST.

Oh I have to find these guys... I didn't have a chance to try them at the Wednesday Night Farmer's Market but I will keep an eye out for them.

I remember a couple of girls passing out free samples of mouth-watering BBQ rib meat at one of those markets, so if this is the same company, they have a very tasty product indeed.

Wed Night Market will be back! Let's hope they are too, sounds like they were a big hit.

Wow! Thank you all for the nice words, i am the bbq guy (along with my brother). I was told about this forum and had to check it out.
As of right now, we will be back for the Farmers Market on wednesday nights. We will have a bigger and better set up than last year. We will also be setting up and selling around town. You know all the taco trucks you see? We will be the BBQ truck! A rustic looking concession trailer with our smoker built on the front. I will let you all know when and where will be when it all comes together. If any of you shop Whole Foods and you see Scott, say hi, it's me.

Hey Scott (barbecue guy) Can you tell me a little more about this mobile barbecue thing? What a great idea!! And a nice change from the usual taco truck. I'm absolutely dying for some good barbecue in town!!

Ok BBQ lovers, the brothers will be out in force smoking brisket and pulled pork for Butter and Eggs parade. They will be at the fire station. And i just got word that the farmers market is a for sure go for them!

Are they barbecuing at the Farmer's Market on Saturdays? Or will they be at the Wed. night market starting next week?

They will be at the wednesday night market, i hear they may have their new bbq there too.

Oh i am a happy camper again! Not that i'm not a happy camper all the time, but the BBQ at the farmers market was just as yummy as last year. 3 of us went and we got all 4 items they offered, all outstanding. I talked with the "Bro's", genuine, nice fellows. And their new bbq "rig" is very impressive indeed. I urge everyone to try them out and PLEASE try and talk them into opening a restaurant!
