There was an article in the Chicago Tribune a few weeks back about how Yelp solicits advertising from companies and promises they will find all the good reviews bumped up towards the front of the line. They also will add a stellar review to boot. So sad to hear it, I really relied on Yelp for information.

I agree. Yelp is a scam. There is a particular Sushi restaurant on the north end of town that has fantastic reviews there, yet the food is beyond awful.
Dave, I think I know which Sushi restaurant you're talking about... I heavily rely on Yelp for reviews on many restaurants and stores so it's disappointing to hear that Chicago Tribune article regarding the soliciting of advertising by Yelp to manipulate the order of reviews on any particular establishment.
