Nice to see a new place opening in the old Quizno's location near Kohl's. The sign in the window says something like: Bianchini's
Sandwich and Salad Market.

Hope it's good! Best wishes to anyone opening up in this economy.

TJMac, thanks for the tip. Will have to stop by and check it out. Salads? Awesome!!! Hopefully they'll have half sandwiches too.

I hope it's good too. I work across the street and miss Quiznos. Too bad the taqueria over there isn't very good or I'd eat there just about daily.

I wanted that taqueria to be good. The prices were high and the food not that great. To top it off, I got sick after eating there!

Bianchini's opened up on Monday and I went there today for lunch.. Terrific!! Awesome selection of sandwiches plus some great fresh salads. Or they have an option where you create your own salad using all the freshest ingredients! A very nice change from Quiznos!! Will definitely go back!

Oh so yummy! I had the best sandwich ever today at Bianchini's. I love how fresh the bread is and that everything there is home made. I can't wait to go back and try their Caesar Salad!!

If you haven't been yet, it is a must for sandwich lovers!

I had the Italian sandwich with Mortadella and Salami, instead of Italian dressing I had them use their pesto. My mouth is watering right now just thinking about it!

If you see Mr. Bianchini there say hi. He's a really, really cool guy. His wife is usually there as well and she's equally as charming.

i went to Bianchini's last weekend. a great sandwich (i had the #3)with delicious bread. however, with a root beer lunch for two was just under $20 for my girlfriend and i. that's a bit steep for two sandwiches and drinks. at those prices, i won't eat there as much as i'd like, but will do it when i want to treat myself... like i said, a nice sandwich, good service, too.
