I have eaten at Central Market a few times, but it has been a long time. We ate dinner there tonight, and WOW! It was so good. Love the salmon with the potato pancakes, excellent salad salads (I had the orange, nice and refreshing, the husband had the romaine, and awesome bacon) He had the ribs, with excellent potato gratin w/blue cheese, and I had the pork confit - to die for. Excellent service, and the owner came by twice to see how we liked it - and we liked it!! very friendly, very relaxed, and great service.
