For a time, this was a good go to for a family meal.

As of late, the food quality is really poor and the service is sketchy.

Does anyone have local alternate?

I just got back from a wonderful dinner at Cattlemen's. It is still a wonderful fun family place that I remembered. Cucina Paradiso's is not exactly a family place if you have young children. But my favorite for adult dining. The sauces are incredible. Mary's on Washington is a great family place. Lot's of choices. Wonderful wait staff. Reasonable!

Family dining? McNear's! Huge menu, no resos necessary, upstairs playroom for the kids! Not fine dining by a long shot, but the fish & chips are some of the best locally, the BBQ is top notch, and they've got plenty of burger options and kids' meals. Oh, and a full bar for the grownups.

We've usually found Cattlemen's food to be quite good, but it can be unpredictable from one time to the next. The key question is whether it's good enough to return, and so far the answer has been yes.
