Well, this early bird didn't catch the worm! I loaded up the car and headed to the Community Center on Saturday July 11. I was a week too early!

The City's Technology Dept organizes this event. The one last January was extremely efficient. You don't even have to get out of your car. Waiting times were non-existent. For more go to Link
