The graph on page 17 is especially useful in illustrating the huge challenge we have to reduce the greenhouse gases associated with transportation (personal, commercial and municipal). I hope Obama's plan is full of intersections with this document's "to do" list.

I think the Petaluma General Plan largely relies on the action plan of this Committee to meet Petaluma's greenhouse gas reduction targets (in the absence of concrete guidelines/requirements from the state at the time the GP was developed and adopted).
