Just want to say THANK YOU to all the volunteers who were out-and-about town on May 3rd. They were not only cleaning up the river, but I saw them painting faded fire hydrants all over the east side of town. Also, I noticed a group of young folks "weeding" around the bridges over Capri creek near Sonoma Mtn. Parkway. YOU ARE APPRECIATED!!!!!!

I helped with the river clean up, and I was so impressed with all the volunteers! Three dumpsters were filled up with garbage from the river, Shollenberg, and creeks.

It is sickening how much crap is thrown into the river but at least there are lots of people who care and do something about it!!
