I know of a private residence that has a train horn (near Casa Grande). Also, the truss yard (which might not be in operation right now due to the economy) has a train horn (I think) as a break whistle. They are right across from the post office on N. McDowell. I used to work very near there and would hear the whistle and think a train was going by - which it wasn't.
