Yes, the water level in the central pond at Shollenberger is lower than in most winters but we still have at least five migratory duck species there now. Attached is a photo from yesterday of a pair of American Wigeon. The male is above with the white crown. Because of that the species used to be called "baldpate". The wigeon is a "dabbler" and feeds at or near the surface.
