I almost sprained my ankle yesterday on the worst neglected pavement in all of Petaluma!

This is in the Country West Shopping Center behind IHOP and in front of the auto repair shop and the barber shop.

WHY has this been allowed to deteriorate so badly? They don't have to pave the whole shopping center -- just this dangerous portion. Dangerous to pedestrians and I'm sure it can whack your car out of alignment.
