A total of six machines were broken that we tried and lost money in, as were others that patrons around us were attempting to use! We were able to get a hold of someone with the number provided at first, and were told a check would be mailed for the amount the machines took which at that point was two dollars. When we got to the drying portion even more money was lost when credits weren't given as money was accepted by the machine as well as two loads that didn't dry because the machines never heated. We call back the number but hung up after twelve minutes on hold. A sign on a door said leave a note in the box about problem, but there was no box. Nor were there any out of order sings. So if you use this laundry mat and find paper rolled up and sticking out of the coin slots it's not a prank the machines don't work.
If that's the place by 7-11, it's been a dump for years. Good luck getting your money back.

I remember that happening in another town and after the frustrated parties put super glue in the coin slots, the owner then fixed the machines. Not saying to do that but at least report them to the Better Business (BBB)
