Petaluma is often lauded for its historic downtown, great home-town identity, the beauty of the place. But with many street lamps dimming and going out and all the lights along Water Street behind the stores vandalized, it doesn't look so new and clean! Can we get help with light bulbs and maybe, just maybe, help getting the pretty lights along the water fixed so kids can't easily take them apart?
