Excellent close-to-home mini-vacation spot. And you can still go home to feed the cat, LOL.
If you've never spent the night there, try it! It's clean, pretty grounds, tent spots, cabins, RVs, pool is nice, jacuzzi is nice, small store, rec room, movies, activities, etc.
And very reasonable prices. Don't want to cook? Pitch your tent and go downtown bring back a pizza.
We've never stayed at the local KOA, but the staff there was friendly and helpful when we went to pick up their directory last summer. We ended up staying at a few KOAs when we went on our cross-country roadtrip last year, and we've had great experiences with all of them.

king01, the KOA has a very good feeling. Most folks don't have those large trees or a nice swimming pool or big jacuzzi in their backyard. Please go spend one night there, THEN post your thoughts. I'd like to read your review of our KOA based on your actual experience. Have fun!
