Learn how to prepare healthy holiday meals for your family with organic fruits and
vegetables. These free classes, taught in English and Spanish, take place at McDowell
Elementary school on Monday, November 17th and Monday, December 1st. at 6:30 p.m.

Recipes will include soups, vegetable dishes, main courses, and desserts. Classes are open
to the public and free babysitting is provided.

Class schedule is as follows:

• Monday, November 17th, 6:30 - 8:00 pm at McDowell Elementary
(421 S. McDowell Blvd. – Multi-Purpose Room)

• Monday, December 1st, 6:30 - 8:00 pm at McDowell Elementary
