I was just wondering... Why bother with a police blotter when most of the posts have the initials INA (Information Not Available)? If information isn't available, then why is it news? Isn"t news the very definition of "information"? And, if so, why the transparent attempt to not only take up space on a web site but give a false impression that an organization is actually being followed?

Though I'm sure naming people and providing home addresses will backfire on them some day and they'll have to shut the whole thing down.

In the mean time it's fun to read about your neighbors getting arrested isn't it? I know it brightens my day just a little bit.
