Petaluma People Services Center hosts a seminar on Compassionate Communication in partnership with Alzheimer's Association

This program offers that communication is more than the ability to exchange words—it is the ability to connect with someone. This program will provide strategies on improving overall communication skills in connecting with memory-impaired individuals and help prepare caregivers for possible behavioral changes and ways to respond should they occur.
