A supportive environment to express your feelings frustration, anger and guilt. This group is facilitated with empathy, sensitivity & knowledge about Alzheimer’s Disease. Caregivers Express is a service provided by: Petaluma People Services Center in partnership with Redwood Caregiver Resource Center, through a grant provided by Sonoma County Area Agency on Aging.
