Nice article on great neighborhood.Does anyone know when the City of Petaluma/army Corps is going to finalize the Payran Flood Project? FEMA wont update the FIRM map until project "completed", rezone from AE to X, ALL the residents of Payran are paying $$ lots of money for flood insurance while the city/army Corps & others are dragging their feet getting this done. Check out the FIRM map #06097C0982E. Have called the city & nobody seems to "know" & dont get the questions answered..Hello Barbara Boxer, a liitle help getting this done & the Payran residents can SAVE the wasted money they have to spend on flood insurance & instead spend in local businesses...would encourage some replys
