It appears that the City has been spending one-time money on ongoing expenses since I left my position as Finance Director in 2004. This would be another in a series of idiotic decisions that the City would make to avoid having to deal with reality. I ask...where did the $7 million in General Fund reserves that I left go?
Also appears that little missy Pam is feeling bad about be left out of the loop on this one. How sad....
